Authors
Published authors have many opportunities to participate in the Pgh Book Fest including author talks, panel discussions, and workshops.

If you’re a local poet, we want to hear from you! Poetry readings happen all day long on the grounds.

Volunteer
Be right in the middle of the magic by volunteering! A variety of volunteer roles will be available for the 2026 Festival including author buddies, welcome tent greeters, children’s area assistants and much more.

If you’re a self-published author or you work with a small publishing house, Writers’ Row is the place for you. Our Writers’ Row program allows you to show off your literary work while interacting with thousands of Festival attendees.
